Shipping policy
TITANS SHIPPING POLICY (UK) Effective date: 03/06/2026
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day or within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed after the cut off, at weekends or on bank holidays dispatch the next working day. During launches and sale events, allow an additional 1 to 3 working days. Delays will be flagged on site.
2. UK DELIVERY
Tracked Standard: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Express / Next Working Day: Order before the daily cut off. Most mainland UK postcodes receive next day delivery. Remote areas may take longer.
Standard shipping is free on orders of £50 or more after discounts. Express upgrades are always chargeable. Live shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. TRACKING
A dispatch email with your tracking link is sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate. If you did not receive your dispatch email, check your spam folder then contact TitansCS@outlook.com with your order number and delivery postcode.
4. PREORDERS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Estimated ship dates for preorder items are shown on the product page. Where your order contains both in stock and preorder items, you may be given the option to split the shipment. An additional shipping fee may apply. You will only be charged shipping once unless you choose to split.
5. CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
Email TitansCS@outlook.com immediately with the subject line: ADDRESS CHANGE followed by your order number, and your correct full address. If your order has already shipped we will do our best to redirect it but cannot guarantee success.
6. MISSED DELIVERIES
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship at an additional postage cost or refund the order minus the original shipping cost. We will contact you if this happens.
7. DAMAGED, MISSING OR NOT RECEIVED
Marked as delivered but not arrived: check safe places, neighbours and building reception first, then contact the carrier directly. If still unresolved, email TitansCS@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
Arrived damaged: photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and product and email Returnsrealm@outlook.com within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
