Refund policy

TITANS RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (UK) Effective date: 3/06/2026

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Returns outside this window may not be accepted unless the product is faulty.

2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached.

Not eligible for return:

  • Underwear and swimwear once hygiene seals are removed (unless faulty)
  • Sports bras without hygiene strip intact
  • Socks not in original sealed packaging
  • Water bottles and shakers (unless faulty on arrival)
  • Personalised or made to order items (unless faulty)
  • Final sale items (unless faulty)

3. CONDITION

All returns are inspected. We may decline a refund if items show signs of wear, washing, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or pet hair, or are returned without required hygiene seals or tags. Rejected returns can be sent back to you at your cost.

4. HOW TO RETURN

Visit the returns portal or email Returnsrealm@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Select refund or exchange, then generate your prepaid label. UK return postage is covered.

Please send returns from separate orders in separate parcels. Combining them can delay your refund.

5. REFUNDS

Refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving your return. Allow a further 3 to 5 working days for your bank to process. Standard outbound delivery is refunded on qualifying returns. Express and next day upgrade costs are not refunded unless the entire order was faulty.

6. EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are available on qualifying UK returns, subject to stock. Replacements are dispatched once your return is scanned in. If your size is out of stock, you will receive a refund instead.

7. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Email TitansCS@outlook.com within 30 days. Include your order number, photos and a description of the fault. We will arrange a free return or replacement. Where a replacement is not possible, we will refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. UK consumers buying online may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Certain exclusions apply, including hygiene sensitive and personalised items. Faulty goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
